1 Introduction & Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 66ff platform and all its services. When you use the 66ff website, app, or any related service, you automatically agree to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credential Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. 66ff will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing login credentials with a third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Your Information

If any personal details on your account — such as your name, address, email, or phone number — change, please contact our support team immediately. Incorrect information may delay withdrawals and could result in account closure.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are opened or operated using the same device, IP address, payment method, or personal details, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

66ff accepts transactions only through approved payment methods available in Bangladesh. Currently supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major scheduled banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal timeframe: Usually completed within 1 hour, though additional time may be needed if a verification process is ongoing.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposited funds must belong to the user and come from a legitimate source. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. If a technical error occurs during a deposit, notify our support team immediately.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will be processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

66ff offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on approved games.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• A maximum bet limit on certain games may apply while a bonus is active.
• 66ff reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Technical Error Policy

If a technical error, server disruption, or software issue occurs during gameplay, the relevant round or bet may be declared void and the staked amount will be refunded. 66ff accepts no liability for additional compensation in such cases.

6.2 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply when placing bets on sports markets. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant bet will be refunded or settled according to the rules of the specific market. Once a bet is confirmed in a live betting market, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or system abuse.
• Operating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.

• Errors in third-party software or services.
